Micro air vented polymer materials research center is the most advancedexperimental base in the China which is founded by excellent industrial engineersof Pan Asian MicroVENT and experts form a famous university. It passes thedemonstration of experts at the end of 2003 and began constructing in 2004.Finally, passed the acceptance and officially opened up to the outside world by theend of December, 2004. It has gone through decades of history. And has been wellevaluated among the micro air vented all laboratories through out the past years.

The main functions of Pan Asian MicroVENT’s laboratory are developing products testing methods and testing both physical and chemical properties of mass produced products. Currently, the main test items are the electron microscope test; sound absorption coefficient test and tests for all kinds of physical and chemical properties such as tensile, tear strength and elongation at break; air permeability, water pressure resistance, withstand voltage, flammability and insulativity; weather-ability and chemical resistance; water seepage, cold impact, paste, anti-blocking and low temperature bending; density, hardness, and thickness etc.
