1995, Pan Asian electric manufacturing(Changzhou) co.,Ltd was established.

2003, Passed ISO9001:2000,certification, and started production of precision die-cutting machine and other related equipment.

2007, Passed TS16949：2002 certification.

2008, Passed approvement by SGM.

2008, Passed ISO14001:2004 certification.

2008, established Pan Asian Automotive Trim (Changzhou)Co., Ltd.

2010, became tier-1 supplier of BAIC MOTOR and SAIC Motor commercial vehicles.

2011-2013, became supplier of Global Valeo and GM China.

2012, Drafted a standard used in automobile industry. (Waterproof vent device for protecting automotive electrical and electronics equipment).

2014-2015, Approved by Fiat, Magneti Marelli,Chang`an Auto, FAW-VW and SVW.

October 2015, Finished share structure reform. Came into the process of IPO.
